The full app's capabilities and requirements are described below.
What it is for
A private career-search command center that gathers real openings, explains their fit, and keeps applications, follow-ups, and preparation in one workflow.
Job searches lose time to duplicate listings, expired roles, vague match scores, scattered notes, and repeated document work. The portal turns that fragmented process into a private, explainable queue of opportunities and next actions.
- Build a shortlist
- Collect roles from supported sources and review fit against saved preferences and resume evidence.
- Keep applications organized
- Track the posting, preparation notes, application status, and follow-up together.
- Prepare with context
- Use the actual role description and truthful experience when planning interviews and documents.
Get started
Open the portal, create or sign in to your account, and set role and location preferences. Add your resume, review match explanations, and shortlist an opening before preparing an application.
- An account for private preferences and application tracking.
- A current resume when you want evidence-based matching.
- Access to the employer destination to verify availability and submit an application.
Features and workflow
- Multi-source collection
- Normalize openings from public job APIs and employer career systems into one consistent feed.
- Freshness and deduplication
- Track source identity and posting freshness so repeated or stale listings do not crowd the queue.
- Explainable matching
- Rank roles against saved preferences and resume evidence while showing why a position fits.
- Application tracking
- Keep status, follow-up plans, notes, and the source posting together.
- Preparation workspace
- Organize role research, interview planning, and truthful document tailoring around a specific opening.
- Human checkpoints
- Unsupported, uncertain, or consequential submission steps stop for user review.
- Create an account and save the roles, locations, and work preferences that matter.
- Upload a resume privately for evidence-based matching.
- Review normalized recommendations and the reasons behind each score.
- Track selected roles through preparation, application, interview, and follow-up.
- Use Hagent-assisted preparation where available, with user confirmation for uncertain steps.
Architecture
The production application uses Node.js and PostgreSQL behind the same Docker and Cloudflare ingress stack as HAI. Collection adapters convert different source formats into a canonical job record before matching and workflow state are applied.
Privacy and limitations
Resume and preference data are private account data. The system is designed to assist research and preparation, not to invent qualifications or silently complete uncertain external submissions.
Status
Live. Job availability and application links come from external sources and can change after collection, so each opportunity should be confirmed at the employer destination before applying.

Questions
Does a match score guarantee a suitable job?
No. The score helps prioritize research. Review requirements, location, eligibility, and the employer posting yourself.
Are applications submitted automatically?
The workflow uses human checkpoints for uncertain or consequential steps. Treat preparation and submission as separate actions.
Why can a listing become unavailable?
Openings come from external sources and can close or change after collection. Confirm the final destination before applying.
